If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us immediately before registration. Once you proceed with facial-recognition registration at the condominium management office, it will be considered confirmation that you have inspected the apartment and accepted its condition. IMPORTANT: If a cancellation or refund is approved after facial-recognition registration has already been completed, THB 2,000 will be deducted from any refundable amount to cover this registration/processing cost.
